RE: BERTRAM BROS. CONSTRUCTION LTD.

I have been asked to provide a reference for Bertram Bros. Construction Ltd. We signed a contract with them in May of this year for the erection of a new Ford Dealership, including an auto showroom and related facilities at Mapleview Drive and Bryne. In these days of ever-increasing competition we had chosen to upgrade our presentation through the construction of this facility.

This job was tendered, and Bertram Bros. Construction was hired from this process based on their reputation and the quality of their bid.

We found their organization to be professional from the beginning of the project to it's completion. As the contractor on the job, it was up to them to hire the appropriate sub – trades to execute those portions of the job not carried out by their own forces. This task proved veru successful, as the sub – trades at the site showed the same pride in the quality and timeliness of their work as Bertram employees did.

Through no fault of theirs, the project was not quite completed on schedule, but we are extremely pleased with the end result and heartily recommend them to any customer considering this firm for a project.
