President
Lisa is currently President of Bertram Construction. Lisa's responsibilities include overseeing the financial and bonding areas of the business. She oversees the firms operation including project management, estimation and field operations. Lisa graduated from Liverpool University with an MBA, and Lakehead University with a degree in Civil Engineering and from Georgian College with a Civil Engineering Technologist diploma.

Director
Ted started over 40 years ago with Bertram Construction. He has worked in all capacities with the firm from a labourer to superintendent, estimator to owner. Ted graduated from George Brown College with a degree in Construction Technology. Today, Ted is a director of Bertram Construction.

Vice President of Sales
After 30 years in the local construction industry, Don joined Bertram's in 2004 as Vice President of Sales. Don brings his great design build experience, along with a first class knowledge of pre – engineered buildings. Don is an experienced estimator and project manager, and knowledgeable in all areas of construction.

Vice President
Mark is currently a senior estimator with Bertram Construction. He has 25 years of construction experience starting as a labourer, sales, project management and estimating. He has a diploma in Construction Management and is a member of the CIQS and OIQS holding a PQS designation. Mark is also a Gold Seal estimator through the Canadian Construction Association.
